If google's current search format is hurting them, where there is an AI blurb, then one or two links, then exclusively reddit links, then other links. If that's not good enough for them.. why then make their content login only, thus also removing google's incentive to give them the second best advantage after google's own AI?

Now we know the reason for the coming login only requirement. They need reportable login numbers to give to investors. But I think they are slaughtering a golden goose for a short term reportable.
