God didn't write the bible.
God didn't even edit the bible.
Fallible humans did.
Is there a compilation of the banned books of the bible?
If there isn't there should be.
What's it called?
Links?
Thoughts?
I want to get these censored/stricken texts for a Christian friend for Christmas.
Help complete this list of Banned Bible Books:
How about a compilation of "Biblical" additions/editing after 1800?
Further reference:
The Catholic Church took the books that made sense and worked together, and banned the rest as heresy
They weren't the only ones.
All organized religions are extremist in many ways - simply because they demand subservience to the authority of their fallible leadership.
Fuck all the authorities.
