It is, part of engineering courses in college. An engineer could lose his professional license if caught doing unethical things so it's important. But you can't use education to change morality, I suspect that's what this is about, making people more woke etc, you gotta get to them young. If you're worried about AI make laws and regulations don't try to use it as an excuse to further ruin academia. Don't add more required nonsense.
